All I’ve heard this year is how good of shape Houston Oaks is in so I’ve been itching to get out there and play. Today I had the chance and I must say, it didn’t disappoint. Kearney Hill Golf Links

I consider Kearney Hill my “home” course since I play and practice there so much. You can usually find me at the practice area a few nights a week working on my game and am usually there on Sunday mornings for a round.
Kearney Hill is definitely one of my favorite courses to play as it’s always in great shape and it’s challenging enough to make you think on a few shots, but forgiving enough to give you a break every now and again. These days I probably let my guard down a little too much ...
Persimmon Ridge Golf Club

Before playing Persimmon, I had heard so many great things about the course from various people. I had heard it was one of the best in the state of Kentucky, one of the most difficult, and a must play for the serious golfer. I like to think I’m a serious golfer and I like a challenge so I gave it a go. I must say, it was very nice track, but I wasn’t totally impressed with it. I’m not sure if it was just a bad time of the year for the course (don’t know why that would be in prime golfing ...
